My story began about a decade ago.
With half of a four-year degree in communication studies, I ended up graduating with a bachelor’s in philosophy instead. Then I did the thing most people did post-grad, I built a career in a completely unrelated field.
After a few intermittent years in different marketing roles—from advertising, hospitality focused public relations firm, and as an early hire at a fitness startup doing their global social media strategy— I made the leap to spend the bulk of the past decade pursuing a career in fitness.
I’ve trained every type of body type and modality you can imagine, the one learning I kept observing is how most of us—including myself—gravely underestimate the vast potential of ourselves.
I am now in my third life—exploring life as a multi-hyphenate. Taking everything I’ve learned, in marketing, fitness, and my passion for uplifting people to building this space.
I created Happy Hue with one goal: to encourage a movement of positive self-empowerment. But beyond theories, I also advocate for a holistic approach to achieving this, which requires attention to our brain, mind, body, and soul.
Starting from the first principle of: there is no life without good health.
I am a creative, a thinker, and an advocate for humanity’s potential—but most of all I am an explorer. I am interested in investigating the ideas, feelings, and thoughts that encompass our humanity whole.
In this life, to live a life that’s truest to our souls, we must be intentional with our choices, in order to free ourselves to stand with courage to embrace all our hues.
Hue is our curious companion.
A life well lived isn’t only about how we move, eat, or sleep–it’s also about how we think, spend our time, what we pay attention to, the people we surround ourselves with, how inspired we feel, our gut microbiome, how many hours we sleep, the friendships we maintain, the environments we encounter— and so much more.
Let’s reconnect with nature and reengage with the nature within ourselves.
Three ideas shape this pursuit:
A growth mindset is the belief that abilities and intelligence can improve through effort and perseverance. Those who embrace it see challenges as opportunities and shortcomings as moments of growth and learning. Research shows that when faced with failure, a growth mindset activates dynamic brain activity, while a fixed mindset shows a static brain.
Neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to change throughout life—is our built-in capacity for endless rewiring. Our brain forms new connections all the time, with every new skill learned or experience gained. Its neural patterns depends on the collective compound of everything it’s exposed to; good or bad, the brain is neutral to everything and anything it’s exposed to.
An experimental mindset is an approach to life, work, and learning that helps us completely reimagine our relationship to ambition and goals. It prioritizes curiosity, exploration, and adaptability over rigid goal-setting and certainty. Instead of focusing on achieving predefined outcomes or following linear paths to success, we champion an experimental mindset, which treats life as a series of small, purposeful experiments designed to foster discovery and growth instead.
Awakening ourselves through claiming our agency is the first step.
Self-empowerment is the mission.
Liberation through self-awareness is the ambition.

I am an INFP.
For more than three decades, I’ve been living life as an imposter: trying to pretend to enjoy life as an extrovert.
