I write about the small things that comp

ound into a life well-lived, because there’s an intelligence inside of you that’s been waiting. This is our space to find our way back to ourselves: brain, mind, body, and soul.

A little about me

Before this, I worked in advertising, marketing, and PR, and ran group fitness classes across studios and modalities for nearly a decade.

One book changed my life: The Emotional Life of Your Brain by Richard Davidson and Sharon Begley. Once I realized that fitness is only the first layer, I’ve been nerding out on all things human ever since.

What I’ve figured out so far:

Taking care of these four pillars and the five actions is what shapes everything else. Self-awareness and mastering our relationship with ourselves is the key.

Hue is our companion, a character I created with the help of talented artists and designers to remind us to stay connected with the playful childlike wonder in all of us. Science also agrees that a little cuteness goes a long way.
