For decades, exercise has been marketed as a tool for weight loss– a means to achieve that enviable beach body. Yet, the aesthetic advantages are just the tip of the iceberg because once you understand the true benefits of what exercise can do for you and your body, you’ll start to open your eyes to the real brilliance of regular physical activity. While diet plays a more significant role in weight management, movement and exercise are the essentials to a superior life for your brain, mind, body, and soul.

Dive into the latest in neuroscience, kinesiology, exercise science, mind-body connection research, and all the other studies concerned with understanding human function and performance, and you’ll start to understand the vastness of what regular movement can do for you, which deserves deep dives on future articles.
