To Drink or Not To Drink | #THEHUE
Making a case on the most misleading foods that'll derail your ambition to eat for your health.
To drink or not to drink that is the question. Going sober no longer feels like a passing trend, as more people jump on the bandwagon to prioritise their health over the social lure of drinking alcohol.
It’s without question, that despite the scientific evidence people are willing to take the bargain with plenty of attempts to continue to try to justify non-habitual, small amounts of alcohol, with the occasional glass of wine or cocktail. Despite the research being extremely clear, consuming alcohol persists— with a booming industry to prove.
The culture of boozing is deeply intertwined with many cultures and modern societies alike. The truth though is even brief moments of boozy fun are harmful to your health. But, what’s frustrating is sometimes, while you think you’re doing your part by making a healthy choice, you are unfortunately being misled instead.
