Things to Spark Your Mood
A little something new I am trying today. It's free for anyone to enjoy, so why not take a little peak?
I had the urge to make a collage the other day.
Before you spend time with them, let me share the last three tracks I liked on my Spotify page (which, by the way, has plenty of playlists for you to enjoy).
Pair these these tunes along with the beautiful visuals I’ve curated especially for you.
If you like my music selection, you’ll probably appreciate my newsletters too. If you’re not receiving this directly into your inbox yet, why not make it a weekly thing, by subscribing today.
I like to think I have a little talent for putting spontaneous images together; though I realise it’s probably not a rare talent to possess, I enjoy creating them very much. I can, in fact, spend hours doing such things for days and hours on end.
As we reside mostly in digital realms, buying a bunch of magazines only to cut and take apart felt wasteful and reckless, so I took advantage of the Internet, and the wealth of talent on Unsplash instead.
Like flipping through endless pages of magazines, I scrolled through a random selection of beautiful professional images. Nice on the eyes and so gentle on the soul.
Without searching for a specific category, I selected the images that stood out, tickled, and left a visceral impression—those that sparkled joy and sparked inspiration.
I placed them all together in positions that felt right, then moved on with my day to continue with more writing, as I usually do. This was a nice creativity spark.
Enjoy!
P.S. The third one is my favourite. Which one’s yours?
If you like these, please like this to help others notice them, too—and while you’re at it, why not spread the love by sharing this with someone who you think will enjoy this too.
In no particular order, here’s a list of the talented photographers who created these breathtaking images. Feel free to check their profiles, on Unsplash, for more of their work:
