Welcome! ***START HERE***
A space for the curious.
Thank you for stopping by.
I’ve made it my life’s mission to build my life into a force of good.
My aspirations can be summarised through the lens of hopeful cliché’s: how can I make the world a better place? How can I do good in this world? What can I do to make the world a little better? How can I help myself and others live our best lives? How can I use my life for good? How can I create more good towards the greater good?
Every decision since I completed a bachelors degree in Philosophy has been motivated by these ideals: to dedicate my life towards this unwavering dream to: add value, pay it forward, and spread positivity somehow— and so, here we are. Welcome!
Survival is biology’s default, but thriving demands lifelong discipline. In our age of abundance, we can flourish across all areas of life, with more freedom and fun to go along with it, too.
I envision unleashing the inherent brilliance within each of us. We possess vast intelligence in our brains, minds, bodies, and souls. I believe our current grasp is merely scratching the surface of the truth waiting to be liberated from within.
Humans are imperfect. Yet, our strife to learn, curiosity to grow, and capacity for progress define our ultimate purpose. As individuals and as a collective, exploring the height of our potential is our lifelong pursuit that will give life its truest meaning.
Learning about the concepts of a growth mindset and neuroplasticity changed the trajectory of my life forever.
A growth mindset is the belief that you can improve your abilities and intelligence through effort, learning, and perseverance.
Those with a growth mindset see challenges as opportunities to grow and view mistakes as part of the learning process, rather than as failures.
Those with a growth mindset believe that with hard work, dedication, and perseverance they can develop their skills and achieve their goals.
A study of students show how those with a growth mindset respond with dynamic activity in the brain in the face of failure, while those with a fixed mindset react with static brains.
Those with a growth mindset see failure as an opportunity to learn and grow, while those with a fixed mindset see failure as a dead end.
(Buettner, Dan. "How to Live to Be 100+." YouTube, uploaded by TED, 24 Sept. 2009, www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiiEeMN7vbQ.)
Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to change and adapt throughout a person's life.
When you learn new things, practice new skills, or have new experiences, your brain forms new connections and strengthens or unwinds existing ones.
This means that your brain is never fixed; it’s always changing. It can grow and improve in response to what you do, learn, and are exposed to, or it can rewire as a disadvantage to you.
Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to rewire itself infinitely, but it’s wiring is neutral and completely dependent on what it’s ex
A growth mindset and neuroplasticity are humanity’s superpowers. I believe we are all secret superheroes in disguise. Waiting to unleash the hidden potential innate in us, we await our turn to write our stories of triumph.

I believe the answers many of us are searching for starts within, with ourselves first. We need to return to an intuitive state of being, rather than only prioritise our thinking. Humanity is made as a whole, with a brain, mind, body, and a soul for a reason.

Why You Should Move More, Not Less, As You Age | #THEHUE
Many seem to believe that moving less is what’s appropriate as you age, especially if you identify as someone who’s passed their prime. But, nothing is farther from the truth.
