Bitesize: Eat your way to better gynaecological health | Dr. Jennifer Ashton & Prof. Sarah Berry on ZOE Science & Nutrition | Podcast
A bitesize summary of the key topics, learnings, and takeaways on gynaecological health and nutrition on ZOE Science & Nutrition.
Quick comment. I’ve been noticing greater emphasis on women’s health. From companies, research, to consumer products, it’s great to see more attention (and funding) going into these key areas of study.
While women studies has been executed predominantly by male scientists, due to the gender divide that’s persisted in history, it’s worth celebrating the leaps we’ve made in regards to women’s health, through female scientists, and of the general optimism towards these areas in research.
This podcast episode has captured my attention. Not only because I am a woman, but also of my alarming realisation on my lack of knowledge around my lady parts—and it’s fellow associates.
