If you need a reminder of why productivity and achievements aren’t all of what life is all about, This Moment Is Your Life” is an excellent reflection by Nat Eliason. His annual birthday remarks not only highlight a personal milestone but are worthy reflections on life in general. He articulates his contemplations about what makes life worth living and the value of the everyday, which might inspire you to realign your priorities. As he says, life is about the moments in between versus only living for the “bookmarks,” because the truth is “This Moment Is Your Life”—and the only moment you’ll ever know.

Though, I know what you’re thinking! Isn’t it more of a concern that I have to add these safeguards to help me stop using the product? Yes— but that’s a topic to explore another day ;)!
